This isn't about restriction, buying expensive calorie controlled food, counting calories or macros like the majority of programs available. Valor Voll believes in ending the vicious cycles of deprivation promising quick results. Instead we focus on you as an individual to create lasting habits that support an active and thriving body.
WHAT IF I DON'T HAVE TIME TO SPEND HOURS IN THE GYM EACH DAY?
Right? Who does? Every movement guide is tailored to be enjoyed and sustainable. Before beginning any program, we will work together to set realistic and attainable goals.
I'M A PICKY EATER, CAN I STILL DO THIS?
Heck yes, you can! You won't receive a generic meal plan expecting you to eat egg whites and spinach every morning. You will be guided towards the best foods to support an active body, and there is an infinite amount to choose from.
WHAT DOES COMMUNICATION LOOK LIKE?
If you are local to the willamette valley, you have the option to meet in person once a month. Otherwise, 3 monthly zoom or phone calls with supplemental communication over google chat and email during the week. Your program details will be available through this website in a client portal.
I'M REALLY JUST WEIGHT LOSS FOCUSED. HOW CAN I BREAK THIS CYCLE?
It can be really hard to break this cycle. Having weight loss as a goal is not a bad thing. However, we will also set our focus on tangible changes we can make with nutrition and movement to create measurable outcomes. ie. better sleep quality, more energy, less cravings, stronger body, less food obsession, increased mood, etc.

Absolutely. We offer a 3 month workout guide that is created specific to your goals, equipment access and time availability. These plans are adapted and scaled on a 4 week rotation to help you improve and reach your goals.
